We suggest starting at Chaddsford (biggest, best facilities, easy warm-up), moving to Penns Woods for the second flight (better food pairings), Va La Vineyards for the cult-favorite third stop (Italian-style small-batch, no other tourists), and Paradocx Vineyard for the final tasting (large groups welcome, lawn seating). Ends around 5pm, back in Philly by 6:30 for dinner reservations.

BYOB rules — what's cool and what's not

For 21+ groups, BYOB is fully welcome. Champagne, wine, White Claws, cocktails-in-a-can, canned beer — all fine. Split across 12 friends, a Brandywine winery day works out to roughly $85-$115 per person including chauffeur, wait time, and door-to-door service — cheaper than everyone driving separately after tasting. Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, for 21+ groups only. Bring champagne, wine, White Claws, cocktails-in-a-can, or a full cooler. We'll supply plastic flutes, ice, and cups if you let us know in advance. Chauffeur won't drink (obviously) but doesn't police the cabin either. Please, no glass shattering, no spilling on the leather, and no confetti — a $150 detail fee applies for glitter cleanup.

Can the Sprinter wait at each winery?

Yes — wine tour pricing is hourly and continuous. Chauffeur parks at the winery, waits during your tasting, and is ready to move within a minute of you texting. Most Brandywine wineries have dedicated bus/van parking or a nearby overflow lot that we know from repeat visits.

Do you decorate the Sprinter or do we?

Either. You can decorate — bring banners, sashes, balloons, a Just Wed sign for the bride-to-be. Or, for an extra $75-125, we can do a basic setup: sash on the bride's captain's chair, balloon bunch tied to the rear handrail, banner strung across the ceiling, and a rose or two in the cup holder. Just tell us the color palette.

Can we play our own music?

Yes. Bluetooth pairing to the on-board sound system takes 15 seconds. Bring your Spotify or Apple Music, aux cable also available. Executive Sprinters have upgraded speakers — it'll actually thump.

How many people fit with luggage for a Cape May weekend?

10 friends with weekend duffels fit comfortably in the 12-pax exec Sprinter. 12 friends with roller bags is doable in the 14-pax extended. If you have 14 friends with hard-shell suitcases for a full weekend, we'd suggest either a 20-pax minibus or two Sprinters — talk to dispatch about the itinerary.

What if someone gets sick in the van?

It happens. There's a $150 cleanup fee if the cabin needs a full detail (bio-hazard cleanup — legit cost of the shop time). We'd rather you tell the chauffeur immediately so we can pull over and manage it. Bring motion-sickness meds for anyone prone.
