The Sprinter — bachelorette-perfect for 8 to 14 friends
A 24-passenger party bus is too much for the maid of honor's 10-friend list. A stretch limo is fine for a Friday-night bar crawl but useless for a 6-hour Brandywine wine tour. A regular Uber XL splits the group into three cars, everyone arrives at different times, and the Instagram content is ruined. The Mercedes Sprinter is the exact right-sized vehicle for a Philly bachelorette group of 8 to 14 — everyone stays together, the bride-to-be sits in a captain's chair with a sash and champagne, the sound system plays the pre-loaded Spotify wedding party playlist, and the whole group rolls up to Cape May or Chaddsford Winery in one photo-ready arrival.
The bachelorette Sprinter setup
We dispatch 10, 12, and 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinters for bachelorette work. The 12-pax executive is the most popular booking — captain's chairs (bride's seat in the back with a heart-shaped balloon tie-in), leather, ambient LED lighting (color-changeable, matches the party theme), premium Bluetooth audio (bring your Spotify), USB and USB-C charging at every row, tinted windows for the strip-down-to-the-bachelorette-shirt moment, and cup holders at every seat. BYOB is welcome for 21+ groups — bring your own champagne, White Claws, or a cooler; we'll supply plastic flutes and ice. The chauffeur handles the parking, the parking lot logistics at the winery, and the safety-check for the ride home.
Sprinter vs party bus — which is right for your group
The rule of thumb: 8-14 friends → Sprinter. 15-24 friends → 22-passenger party bus. 25+ → full 40-pax party bus. The Sprinter is more elegant, more Instagram-friendly for a Cape May-style itinerary, and easier to park at wineries and country restaurants. The party bus wins if the whole point is a rolling nightclub with a dance floor and stripper pole. Both work — the maid of honor should pick based on the vibe of the bride-to-be and the itinerary. Wine tour and Cape May weekend → Sprinter. Center City nightclub crawl for 25 friends → party bus.
Building your Brandywine wine-tour itinerary
Six hours is the sweet spot for a Brandywine winery day. That fits: 4 wineries at 60 minutes each (arrive, taste, buy a bottle, load up), plus 15 minutes drive time between each. We suggest starting at Chaddsford (biggest, best facilities, easy warm-up), moving to Penns Woods for the second flight (better food pairings), Va La Vineyards for the cult-favorite third stop (Italian-style small-batch, no other tourists), and Paradocx Vineyard for the final tasting (large groups welcome, lawn seating). Ends around 5pm, back in Philly by 6:30 for dinner reservations.
BYOB rules — what's cool and what's not
For 21+ groups, BYOB is fully welcome. Champagne, wine, White Claws, cocktails-in-a-can, canned beer — all fine. What we ask: no glass shattering, no confetti (glitter is a $150 cleanup fee — legit shop cost), no smoking or vaping in the cabin, no illegal substances (obviously — the chauffeur will pull over and end the trip). Pennsylvania and New Jersey liquor law says the chauffeur can't serve you alcohol, but we absolutely provide plastic flutes, ice, cups, and a small cooler. If someone under 21 is in the group, no open containers anywhere in the cabin.
Bride's chair, sashes, and the Instagram setup
The 12-passenger executive layout has a rear-most captain's chair that becomes the bride's throne for the day. For an extra $75-125 our décor team sets it up with a sash across the back, a small floral or balloon arrangement on the ceiling hook, and a Bride-To-Be sign in the rear window. Ambient LED lighting can be set to a specific color (rose gold is the most requested; we can do most colors). The whole setup is Instagram-optimized — pull up to Chaddsford, sliding door opens, bride steps out first, whole party in matching sashes. Photographers love it.

When to book your bachelorette Sprinter
Peak Philly bachelorette season is late April through October, with the biggest surge on the Saturdays of May, June, and September. For a Saturday in peak season, book at least 4-6 weeks ahead. For a Friday-night bar crawl or a Sunday brunch run, 2-3 weeks is usually plenty. Winter weekends and Thursday-night bookings are often available inside 10 days. PHL airport transfers for the destination weekend flight — book at the same time you book your flight; the runup to the flight is when the whole group commits and it makes the maid of honor's life easier.
