When is UPenn Hey Day?+
Hey Day is a UPenn tradition on the last Friday of April, when the junior class officially becomes seniors. It's not a Greek-specific event, but many Greek chapters host Hey Day parties, dinners, or after-events that we transport for. We stage vehicles for Hey Day 4-6 weeks in advance.
Do you pick up on Locust Walk?+
Yes, but Locust Walk itself is a pedestrian corridor — pickup is at the closest legal drop point (39th & Walnut, 36th & Locust, 34th & Walnut). Chauffeurs know the geography and stage on the correct side street. Sisters and brothers walk 1 block to load.
Where are the UPenn off-campus chapter facilities?+
Off-campus houses cluster in University City between 39th and 42nd Streets on Spruce, Pine, Baltimore, Chestnut, and Walnut. Junior/senior off-campus apartment pickup often includes 40th & Spruce, 41st & Pine, 42nd & Baltimore. We routinely run 3-4 stop pickup circuits across Locust Walk + off-campus in a single 45-minute window.
Can we invoice through the chapter, national HQ, or Penn's Greek life office?+
Chapter treasurer is standard billing. UPenn Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life (OFSL) and chapter national headquarters can also be listed as bill-to or CC'd on invoices with the proper signed authorization. Insurance COIs with Penn's risk management as additional insured are available within 24 hours.
What about UPenn spring semi-formal and Ivy Day?+
The spring semi-formal is the biggest chapter event of the year for most UPenn Greek chapters, typically hosted in March or April at Center City venues (Cescaphe, Union Trust, Ballroom at the Ben, Bellevue).
