Wedding Transportation FAQ
How much does wedding transportation in Philadelphia cost?
Wedding limo rentals in Philadelphia typically run $650–$1,200 for a 4-hour stretch-limo package, party buses start around $850 for 4 hours, and guest shuttle service (Sprinter, minibus, or motor coach) usually falls between $95 and $185 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Actual pricing depends on vehicle size, date, distance from Philadelphia, and whether it's peak season (May, June, September, October). Call (267) 223-4647 or use the quote form for a firm, itemized number.
How far in advance should I book my wedding limo or shuttle?
For peak-season Saturdays (April–June, September–October) book 12–18 months ahead — the best Cescaphe, Merion Cricket, Aldie Mansion, and Cairnwood dates get held early. For off-peak Fridays or Sundays, 6–9 months is usually fine. Same-week and same-day bookings are possible if we have a vehicle available, but selection is limited.
Do you provide a guest shuttle from the hotel block to the ceremony and reception?
Yes. Hotel-to-ceremony-to-reception-to-hotel loops are one of our most-requested wedding services. We run continuous shuttles (typically Sprinter vans, 28-passenger minibuses, or 47/56-passenger motor coaches) between your Center City or suburban hotel block and venues like Cescaphe, Ballroom at the Ben, Water Works, Fitler Club, Logan Hotel, Ritz-Carlton, and Rittenhouse Hotel.
Can you handle a wedding with the ceremony and reception at different Philly venues?
Absolutely. Split-venue weddings (ceremony at a Center City church, reception at Cescaphe or the Ballroom at the Ben, for example) are common. We build a timeline for the bridal-party limo AND the guest shuttle so both arrive on cue. Give us the ceremony start time, cocktail-hour start, and reception end and we'll reverse-engineer the loops.
What size vehicle do I need for my bridal party?
A stretch limo (10–14 passengers) fits most bridal parties. If you have a larger wedding party or you're combining bridesmaids, groomsmen, and immediate family, a 20–30-passenger limo party bus makes more sense. For bachelorette or bachelor pre-parties, a 30–40-passenger party bus with premium audio and LED lighting is the standard choice.
Do you serve Main Line, Bucks County, Montco, and South Jersey wedding venues?
Yes. We regularly service Merion Cricket Club (Haverford), Philadelphia Country Club (Gladwyne), Aldie Mansion (Doylestown), Cairnwood Estate (Bryn Athyn), Ashford Estate, The Warrington, and dozens of estate, country-club, and vineyard venues across the Main Line, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and South Jersey. Distance from Philadelphia is factored into the quote.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured for weddings?
Yes. Every chauffeur is commercially licensed with a valid CDL where required, drug-tested, and background-checked. All vehicles carry $1.5M–$5M commercial liability coverage. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) naming your venue as additionally insured — most Philadelphia venues (Cescaphe, Ballroom at the Ben, Please Touch Museum) require this.
Can you do a 'just married' send-off with red carpet and champagne?
Yes — the send-off package includes a red-carpet roll-out at the reception exit, a 'Just Married' rear-window placard, and complimentary chilled champagne with flutes in the limo or party bus. Add it at booking; there's no extra charge on stretch-limo packages.
What happens if the wedding runs long?
Weddings run long — it's normal. We hold the vehicle for you and bill the overtime in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate. There's no scramble to find another ride, no surge pricing, and the chauffeur stays with your party. Communicate with the driver directly if you know the timeline is slipping.
Do you offer wedding shuttle service to Jersey Shore weddings?
Yes. We run wedding shuttles from Philadelphia and Center City hotel blocks down to Cape May, Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and LBI weddings, and vice versa. Round-trip guest shuttles from a Philly hotel to a Shore venue typically require a motor coach with a 6–8 hour minimum plus tolls and driver gratuity.
