Coordination flow for a partner service

1. Funeral director calls or emails dispatch with the service date, family name, cemetery, service size estimate, and whether a repast is planned.
2. We assign a vehicle and chauffeur within an hour and confirm back to the funeral home.
3. Chauffeur reviews the itinerary the day before with the funeral director's office, confirming pickup time, procession order, and repast venue.
4. Vehicle arrives 15 minutes early at the funeral home. Chauffeur presents to the funeral director on arrival.
5. Service runs. Chauffeur follows the funeral director's lead throughout.
6. Invoice to the funeral home within 48 hours. Standard net-30 terms for partner firms.

For families whose funeral director has not booked us before

If your funeral director is not on the list above, that is fine. We work with any Philadelphia-area funeral home — a standing partnership is not required. Family-booked services and funeral-home-booked services get the same vehicles, the same chauffeurs, and the same standards. The only difference is who receives the invoice.

Standing arrangements for funeral homes without their own limo fleet

Many independent Philadelphia funeral homes historically maintained their own family cars and hearses. Rising insurance costs and fleet-maintenance burden have led an increasing number of firms to outsource the group-transportation portion of the service to specialists like us while retaining ownership of the hearse and lead funeral coach. A standing arrangement gives the funeral home the flexibility of a full fleet without the fixed cost of maintaining vehicles that sit idle between services. Our partner firms typically save 30 to 50 percent on total transportation cost per service compared with maintaining an in-house family-car fleet.

Volume-day handling

Some Fridays and Saturdays see three, four, or five simultaneous funerals across the Philadelphia region. Partner firms get first-call priority on those days: we hold a vehicle for a partner funeral home's default rate rather than allocating it to a walk-in family booking. This matters most on weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day and around the winter holidays — the two windows when funeral volume peaks and independent vehicles are hardest to source at short notice.
