Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations do not require car seats on interstate motor coaches, but families are welcome to bring their own — standard convertible car seats install on the 3-point motor-coach lap belt. Our Sprinter vans and executive sedans have LATCH-compatible seats which are typically easier for infants/toddlers. Every chauffeur passes school-bus-level background checks and completes an FMCSA-mandated medical exam every 24 months. "What’s the deposit and cancellation policy?"

Typical deposit is 20-30% of the contract to lock the date — refundable per our published policy (100% refund 60+ days out, 50% refund 30-60 days, no refund inside 30 days). Balance due 7-14 days before the reunion. Payment methods: credit card, ACH, corporate check — whichever works best for the reunion organizer. Cancellation policy is on the contract, not buried in fine print.

Class reunions (10th, 20th, 25th, 50th high school and college anniversaries) usually center on a hotel block and one big evening event — the banquet, the football game, the bar crawl through the college town. Common ask: shuttle out-of-town alumni from the host hotel to the campus/venue and back over 4-8 hours on Saturday night. Motor coach for the main run, party bus for the after-party bar circuit.
