Yes. We do walkthrough showings at our fleet depot by appointment, typically Saturday mornings before the wedding season starts. For Philly-area weddings we sometimes do venue-side showings if you're meeting with the venue coordinator anyway.

Standard wedding pattern: 3 return runs (10 PM, 11 PM, midnight) from reception venue to the host hotel block. We dispatch a separate driver/vehicle for these so it doesn't conflict with the bridal-party charter. Cost is roughly $400-700 depending on hours, distance, and vehicle. Most couples build this into the budget — the alternative is 80 guests trying to call Ubers at midnight from Spring Garden.

We don't take registry payments directly. Standard payment: 30% deposit at signing, balance 30 days before wedding date. Most couples pay deposit by credit card and balance by check or ACH. We can split invoices between the couple and parents if you need parental contributions itemized separately.

We dispatch a replacement from our backup fleet — every wedding day we keep 1-2 vehicles on standby at the depot specifically for this. The longest delay we've ever had on a wedding day is 22 minutes (a transmission failure on a 2018 stretch in 2023). The day-of dispatch number you'll receive 7 days before the wedding goes directly to a human.
