What does GSP tolling add to the trip cost?
Garden State Parkway tolls from Philly direction (Atlantic City Expressway connection): roughly $11 round trip via E-ZPass for buses, $13 cash. The Atlantic City Expressway adds another $5 round trip. Tolls are itemized in your quote — no surprise add-ons after the trip.
How early should we book a casino-run charter?
Weekend nights (Fri/Sat): 2-3 weeks ahead. New Year's Eve, Super Bowl Sunday, and St. Patrick's Day: 6-8 weeks ahead. Weekday casino runs (corporate group dinners, retiree day trips) often work inside 1 week if the fleet has open capacity.
Can the bus stay at the casino all night?
Standard. The driver parks in the casino's bus lot (every casino above has one), takes their meal break in the buffet, and is available by phone for any unscheduled returns. Pickup time is your call — most groups go 9 PM to 4 AM, some do 6 PM dinner runs back by midnight.
Does the casino comp the bus for big groups?
Sometimes. Borgata and Caesars Entertainment properties have group host programs that comp the bus charter for groups of 50+ committing to slot play. Smaller groups (15-30) get individual comps (slot play, buffet) but not the bus itself. We don't book the casino comp arrangements — that's between you and the casino group host.
What if someone wants to leave early?
That's a rideshare situation — the charter bus has a fixed schedule and stays for the group. Uber and Lyft both run reliably from AC casinos back to Philly. We sometimes coordinate an early-return charter for larger groups (separate vehicle for the early-out crowd) but that's a separate quote.
