Regular-season home games: 4-8 weeks ahead. Eagles-Cowboys home game and any Monday/Thursday night home game: 10-12 weeks ahead — those sell out the party-bus fleet first. Playoff games: book within 48 hours of the schedule being announced — playoff weekend charter demand spikes immediately.

Yes — party bus and limo are BYOB-allowed for 21+ groups. Bring coolers, ice, what you like. The driver doesn't allow open containers near the driver compartment but the back of the bus is yours. Motorcoach (47-56 passenger) is generally non-alcohol per fleet policy — depends on the trip. We dispatch the right vehicle when you tell us the trip purpose.

A 26-passenger party bus, 9 AM pickup to 6 PM return: $1100-1500 range depending on day of week. That's $42-58 per person for 26 people. Compare to: parking $40-80 at the Linc lots × 6-7 cars for the same group, plus tolls, plus gas, plus designated drivers. The bus is almost always cheaper for groups of 18+, and dramatically less stressful.

We schedule a 2-hour post-game window for the return — that handles overtime games and post-game tailgate cleanup. If a game goes into double-OT (rare), the dispatch line stays open and we coordinate the late-return with the driver. Group decides when to leave; the driver waits.
