Best Jersey Shore Day Trips by Charter Bus from Philadelphia

Summer weekends (June-August): 6-10 weeks ahead. Memorial Day and Labor Day: 12 weeks ahead. Mid-week summer day trips: 2-4 weeks. Off-season (April, May, September, October): often works inside 1-2 weeks.

Ocean City and most shore towns require beach badges from June 15 to Labor Day, $5-8 per day per person. Cape May, Wildwood, and Atlantic City have free beaches. We'll flag the badge requirement in the trip confirmation — you can buy them at the beach entrance the morning of.

Standard. Every shore town has a charter-bus parking area near the boardwalk entrance. The driver stays available by phone, takes their meal break at the boardwalk, and is ready at the agreed return time. Cape May historic-district bus parking is more limited — we coordinate with the city's tour-bus dispatch for those trips.

Party bus and limousine: BYOB allowed for 21+ groups (Cape May, Asbury Park adult groups commonly do this). Motorcoach (47-56 passenger): generally non-alcohol per fleet policy. Day-camp and youth-group trips are always alcohol-free. We dispatch the right vehicle based on the trip purpose.

Heavy thunderstorm: we can adjust return time at no charge if you call dispatch by phone (we don't take SMS-only weather decisions — voice confirmation only). Hurricane / tropical storm warning: we usually cancel or reschedule 24-48 hours in advance with no penalty. Day-of partly cloudy: we run the trip as scheduled.
