Charter Bus to the Philadelphia Museum of Art
The Philadelphia Museum of Art anchors the Benjamin Franklin Parkway — world-class collections upstairs and the Rocky Steps out front. Tourist groups, school art trips, corporate outings, and bachelor/ette photo stops all charter so the whole party arrives for the same timed entry.
Drive time from Center City hotels is typically 15–25 minutes depending on Parkway events and traffic. We also run shuttles from King of Prussia, University City, and South Jersey hotels.
Trip Types We Book Weekly
- Museum timed-entry groups — unload, visit, reload on a fixed schedule.
- Rocky Steps + brief photo stop — often paired with a Magic Gardens or Old City loop.
- Parkway culture day — Museum of Art + Barnes Foundation + Logan Circle / Franklin Institute venues.
- Wedding & event guest shuttles — hotel ↔ museum terrace / nearby Fairmount receptions.
Vehicle Guidance
- Full coach (40–56) — school and large tourist parties.
- Mini coach / limo coach — 20–30 guest corporate or reunion groups.
- Party bus — celebration groups combining the Steps with South Street or a nightlife run (see also Magic Gardens).
Parking & Staging
Motorcoach parking near the museum is limited during major exhibitions and parkway races. We plan unload → stage → return pickup rather than idling at the Steps. If your tickets are for a specific door, put that note in the quote form.
